Return and Refund Policy
Slate offers a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period, starting from the day after you receive the product. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days via email at support@slateasia.com, our official LINE account, or our Facebook page, and provide your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange.
Returned items must be complete and intact, including the product, accessories, user manual, packaging bags/boxes, and any other included materials. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions for Personal Hygiene Products
The Slate Electric Flosser handle and floss head refills sold on this Website are personal hygiene products. In accordance with Article 2, Subparagraph 6 of the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Distance Sales, opened personal hygiene products, including but not limited to opened floss heads or device handles that have come into contact with the mouth, are not eligible for return or exchange under the 7-day cooling-off period.
To protect the rights and interests of all customers, once a product has been opened, including the outer plastic film, seal sticker, or other protective packaging, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product itself is defective.
Unopened items that remain complete and intact are still eligible for the 7-day return and exchange policy stated above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@slateasia.com.
If you choose to receive your refund in the form of store credit, we will send the store credit to you by email once the refund has been processed. You may use store credit to purchase any item on our Website.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
International Returns
If you are located outside Taiwan and wish to request a return within 7 days after receiving your product, please contact support@slateasia.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Opened floss head refills are not eligible for return. Floss head packaging must remain unopened in order to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Fees
Taiwan Domestic Returns:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers residing in Taiwan who request a return within the 7-day cooling-off period are not required to pay return shipping fees. The Company will arrange a logistics pickup or provide a return shipping code.
International Returns:
If you are located outside Taiwan and wish to request a return within 7 days after receiving your product, please contact support@slateasia.com. Unless the product itself is defective, international return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
